Are your test-preparation products aligned to my state's standards?
The Ohio, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and Washington state-specific test-preparation products from Show What You Know® Publishing are completely aligned with each state's standards. The practice tests we present in our test-preparation products are formatted to look just like the actual test and are weighted in difficulty and in the types of questions as each state's testing blueprints indicate. It is our products' purpose to totally align to each state's test so that the preparation is of the highest quality.
Correlations to state standards are also available for On Target skill-building and intervention workbooks. Correlations are available for most states. Call your educational sales representative for more information: 1-877-727-7464.

Can I get overnight shipping?
Yes, if you need expedited shipping, please call our customer service department at 1-800-444-1144, ext. 1. Please have your order confirmation information available if you've already placed your order.

How long until I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Larger orders or orders placed during our busiest times may take an additional day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

How much is shipping?

I did not receive my order. Who should I contact?

May I create copies of your educational materials?
Unfortunately, no. Copying of our educational materials, by any means (electronic, photocopying, recording, or otherwise), is strictly prohibited except where written permission to reproduce has been given by Show What You Know® Publishing (e.g., the correlation charts in the Parent/Teacher Edition of a test-preparation workbook). You must receive written permission from Show What You Know® Publishing to reproduce any part of our educational materials. Reproduction of any kind without this permission is copyright infringement and subject to punishment by law.

What is your Return Policy?
To return materials, you must obtain prior authorization from The Lorenz Corporation, owner of Lorenz Educational Press, and adhere to the stipulations listed on the
Return Form. Upon receipt of the Return Form, a Return Order Number will be sent to you. This number should appear on the outside of each return box of materials. Following these procedures will ensure prompt and accurate credit to your account.
To secure a return authorization, please completely fill out the
Return Form, then fax (1-937-223-2042) or
email it to The Lorenz Corporation. Before requesting a return, please make sure that all returned materials are in like-new condition (products with store stickers, stamps, and other markings or damage cannot be accepted). Out-of-print items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
